Return Policy

Our promise

If a piece reaches you damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right — repair, replace, exchange or refund.

Window

Returns or exchanges must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Condition

• Items should be unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging with tags.
• For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Once we receive and check the returned piece, we refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Exchanges are dispatched once we receive the returned piece.
