The service
We design, make and sell handcrafted fashion jewellery, accessories and Indian ethnic wear, and deliver them across India.
Orders
- An order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it — usually on WhatsApp or by email.
- We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, was priced in error, or if we reasonably suspect misuse.
Pricing and payment
- Prices are shown in ₹ and include GST unless stated otherwise. Any shipping charge is shown before you pay.
- A GST invoice (GSTIN 19AEZPH7155N1ZF) is issued with every order.
Delivery
Indicative timelines are on our Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Our responsibility
We stand behind what we make. Where something is our fault, our responsibility is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these terms as our service grows. The version published on this page applies to your order.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of India; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal.
