How and when your order reaches you.
Where we ship
Across India. For international delivery, please write to us first so we can quote and arrange it.
Dispatch
- Orders are usually packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 working days.
- You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Delivery time
- Typically 3–10 working days after dispatch, depending on where you are.
- Any shipping charge is shown clearly before you pay — there are no surprises.
Your invoice
Every order travels with a GST invoice (GSTIN 19AEZPH7155N1ZF) so your purchase is fully documented.
If a parcel is late or damaged
Write to us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and, for damage, a photo of the parcel. We will chase it with the courier and make it right.
