- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless clearly stated otherwise.
- You agree to use the site lawfully and to give accurate details when you write to us or place an order.
Our content belongs to us
All text, photographs, product images, page designs and the La Ssutra™ name and logo are our property and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Please do not copy, reuse, re-post or resell them without our written permission.
Handcrafted means unique
Our pieces are made and finished by hand with natural stones, pearls and beads. Small variations in colour, size, grain and finish are natural to the material and are not defects.
Availability
As our pieces are made in small batches, an item may sell out. If that happens we will tell you and, where you have paid, refund you in full.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal.
